Introduction
This is a draft for review, not legal advice. This Privacy Policy explains how PRO DIGIT STUDIO LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Try Before You Dye at trybeforeyoudye.ink ("the Service"). We are a Wyoming, USA limited liability company, and the Service is intended for users in the United States. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. The Service is for users 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data We Collect
Account information: your email address, your name, and optional details such as gender and preferred language. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google to create your account. Credits and transactions: your credit balance and your credit transaction history, including purchases, spending, welcome grants, and any refunds. Content you provide: photos you upload for AI features (for example, a body photo for a try-on, or a photo of an existing tattoo for a Tattoo Read), the text and prompts you enter in the Designer, your Designer conversations and the designs generated in them, and any results you choose to save. Saved results (try-on, Lettering, and Tattoo Read outputs) are stored in our storage, subject to a limit on how many you can save. We also record which gallery designs you like. Technical information: we use authentication sessions and cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics in the current version of the Service.
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to: create and manage your account; provide the features you request, including AI try-on, Tattoo Read, and Designer; process and track credits and payments; store the results you choose to save; remember your likes and preferences; keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse; respond to your requests and support questions; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded photos to train our own AI models, and our processing of your content is limited to delivering the features you use.
Payments
When you buy credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card numbers. Stripe receives the information needed to process your payment and handles it under its own privacy policy and security standards. We receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as confirmation of a successful payment and the related credit purchase, which we record in your transaction history.
AI Processing of Your Content
Some features send your content to third-party AI providers so they can produce a result for you. When you use the Designer chat or Tattoo Read, relevant text and images are sent to Anthropic. When you generate images for a try-on or a Designer image, relevant images and prompts are sent to fal.ai. These providers process your content to return a result to the Service. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We send only what is needed to deliver the feature you requested, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
How We Share Data
We share information only with service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate the Service, and only as needed to provide it: Supabase — authentication, database, file storage, and hosting of our backend functions. Stripe — payment processing. Anthropic — Designer chat and Tattoo Read analysis. fal.ai — AI image generation for try-on and Designer images. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Transaction records may be kept longer where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. You can delete saved results within the Service. You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at prodigitstudio@gmail.com. After a deletion request, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except for information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to request a copy. To exercise these rights, contact us at prodigitstudio@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may make a request yourself or through an authorized agent, and we will verify your request before acting on it.
